It’s a very nice hotel with everything you need pretty much on site and a good selection of varied restaurants. Also the leisure facilities are good and it’s extremely well located as well. The only thing that needs to be sorted out which is actually a very minor job because the property is well maintained generally is the lack of power outlets which is very strange, it necessitated that I used every adapter I had in my bag it’s not a big deal but it’s extremely annoying that you have to unplug the computer when you want to plug in the kettle. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it’s one of the best places to stay in the town.

Stayed for 2 nights thankfully. Bedrooms are very dated. Lacked plug sockets to charge phone and electrical equipment. The toilet cistern was making a dripping noise which was resolved on the second time of asking. Reception couldn't move me to another room, as I was told the hotel was fully booked! On the 1st night a wedding reception went on until 11:45pm. Could hear the noise and could not go to sleep. The hotel offers a happy hour for cocktails. I made the barman aware that I was interested in the offer. However because I had ordered a cocktail and a mocktail, it was not on offer. I was only told this when it came to pay for the drinks. I was told by the barman and management that I should have asked whether they were on offer when I ordered the drinks. I think I should have been informed by the barman in first place. Never seen such a place! Not worth the money. My advice, stay away. The management are not nice people.
